OUR VALUE CHAIN

The value chain view of our business is important as it allows our teams to understand that, although many environmental and social impacts are outside our direct control, we can still influence our wider end-to-end processes.

By engaging with stakeholders, keeping ourselves updated by attending events, conferences and workshops, and by conducting risk and impact assessments, we’ve been able to identify, prioritise, and assign accountability to significant areas across our entire value chain.

Our sustainability and leadership teams have identified three key risk and opportunity areas, related to sustainability, and these form the basis of our current sustainability strategy.
